Shipping Policy

 

Due to high demand on shipping couriers, delivery windows cannot be guaranteed at this time. Please allow more time for shipments to be in transit.

 

 

Shipping Guidelines

All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 7am PST will ship the same day unless a future ship date is requested at checkout.

 

  • Orders shipping to CA, OR, NV, AZ, WA, UT, and ID will be sent via FedEx Ground which generally takes up to 3 business days to deliver. 

 

  • Orders shipping to AK and HI will be sent via FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight. 

 

  • Orders shipping to all other states will be sent via FedEx Express Saver to ensure freshness. 

 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or internationally. 

 

FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FedEx station. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be destroyed. If so instructed, Pacific Cookie Company will re-send the package at the customer’s expense.

 

 

Non-ship days

Due to Holiday closures, we do not ship on the following days:

 

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas



    Substitution Policy
    To make sure your gift arrives on time, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

     


    Our Guarantee
    At Pacific Cookie Company, we guarantee your complete satisfaction on every order. Because we do not add preservatives to our fresh baked cookies, they are best consumed within a few days of delivery or frozen to enjoy at a later date.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us at office@pacificccookie.com. Include your name, order number and a description of the problem. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because our cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
