Our Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction on every order. Because we do not add preservatives to our fresh baked cookies, they are best consumed within a few days of delivery or frozen to enjoy at a later date. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us at office@pacificccookie.com. Include your name, order number and a description of the problem. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because our cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
