Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx because of their superior handling of perishable products.


Due to effects of the ongoing pandemic, FedEx cannot guarantee their delivery windows at this time. Should your order arrive late as a result of a FedEx delay, we are not able to issue a refund.



Shipping Guidelines

We ship all orders Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed by 7am PST, it will ship the same day unless a future ship date is requested at checkout.


  • Orders shipping to CA, OR, NV, AZ, WA, OR, CO, UT, WY and ID will be sent via FedEx Ground which generally takes 1 - 3 business days to deliver. 


  • Orders shipping to all other states will be sent via FedEx 3-Day to ensure freshness, or they can be expedited to 2-Day or Overnight at checkout.


  • Orders shipping to AK and HI are only available through FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight and may take one extra day to deliver.


  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses and due to perishability concerns, we do not ship internationally. 


FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FedEx depot. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be destroyed. If so instructed, Pacific Cookie Company will re-send the package at the customer’s expense.



Non-ship days

Due to Holiday closures, we do not ship on the following days:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

    Substitution Policy
    To make sure your gift arrives on time, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.


    Our Guarantee
    At Pacific Cookie Company, we guarantee your complete satisfaction on every order. Because we do not add preservatives to our fresh baked cookies, they are best consumed within a few days of delivery or frozen to enjoy at a later date.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us at, or call us at 800-969-9709. Include your order number, name, phone number, and a description of the problem. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because our cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
