Pacific Cookie Company ships all orders via FedEx because of its superior handling of perishable products. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday to businesses, and Tuesday through Saturday to most residences.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, FedEx cannot guarantee delivery dates. Should your order arrive late as a result of a FedEx delay, we are not able to issue a refund.
If you have placed your order by 7:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Thursday, it will ship the same day (unless a future ship date is selected upon checkout).
Due to perishability concerns, we do not ship internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through FedEx 2-day or FedEx Overnight. All possible delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii may take one extra day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery (where available) does not deliver on the following dates due to Holidays and Pacific Cookie Company non-ship days:
FedEx will deliver the package to the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure or can’t access entry into the building. If this happens, FedEx will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FedEx depot. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be destroyed. If so instructed, Pacific Cookie Company will re-send the package at the ordering customer’s expense.
To make sure your gift arrives on time, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
