Our Cookies Plus Minus Icon to Toggle Accordion

We offer a variety of flavors that will satisfy your cookie cravings. From our classic Chocolate Chip to our unique Almond Joe, we have something for everyone! You can check out our flavors here.

Our cookies stay fresh at room temperature for seven days and can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. They can be reheated in the microwave or oven for a delightfully fresh cookie!

The following flavors contain nuts: Almond Joe, Cahootz, Chocolate Chip with Walnuts, Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips.

Please note that all of our cookies are made in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, milk and soy. Trace amounts of these allergens may be in any of our cookies.

We currently offer vegan and gluten-free options exclusively at our retail bakery on Pacific Ave. They are not available online for mail orders at this time.

While do not make custom cookies, we do offer unique flavors and packaging that you won't find anywhere else!

Our retail bakery is located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. Please visit us at 1203 Pacific Ave. Santa Cruz, Ca 95060. 

We're open daily! Please visit us Sunday to Thursday from 10am-10pm and Friday to Saturday from 10am-Midnight.

We offer local delivery to the Santa Cruz area through DoorDash.

Mail Orders Plus Minus Icon to Toggle Accordion

All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless a future ship date is selected at checkout.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and eligible for delivery across the United States. Due to perishability concerns, we do not ship internationally.

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Due to high demand on shipping carriers, please allow more time for shipments to be in transit. FedEx is not able to guarantee delivery windows at this time.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us within 7 days of delivery at office@pacificcookie.com. Include your order number, name, phone number and a description of the problem. We may replace the product, or in some cases process a refund or credit. Because our cookies are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.

Please select a ship date that is at least 3-5 days ahead of your preferred delivery date. We are working hard to ensure on-time deliveries, but please note some areas may be impacted by shipping disruptions.
